Ripple official: Ripple and XRP are two different animals
Ripple’s head of marketing strategy, Cory Johnson, said that the myth about Ripple and XRP that Ripple and XRP are the same is not true.
Johnson said, “Ripple and XRP are completely different, but it can often be confused. ”
Cory Johnson touched on the differences between Ripple and XRP in an interview with The Street.
Johnson said, “Ripple is an enterprise software company, while XRP is a digital asset that trades on its own. XRP is numerous and owned by many, but Ripple is a company and sells software. Also, our success does not depend on XRP. Whether we like it or not, XRP and Ripple are two different things, XRP is a digital asset, we want to see it well, we have 61 billion reasons for that and hopefully that will happen in time.” He emphasized that Ripple and XRP are completely different.
Ripple has decreased by about 75 percent compared to its previous prices this year. It is rising slowly and has been on the rise with the momentum in the market for a few days.
