It has been learned that the trouble caused by the epidemic will continue until June. If there is no positive development, the production stop will continue for one week every month. Will deduct from annual rights
It has been learned that the automotive giant, which has approximately 7 thousand employees, will deduct the annual rights it has given to its personnel in this process. Oyak Renault workers: “No matter what, it always touches us. Until two months ago, we were in a situation where we could not lift our heads from overtime. Take a look now. We are just at the beginning of the year. We will receive state support until March 17. Thanks to our state. Then, as always, our annual leave will come into play. What is our fault? In these stances, workers who are close to the union are vacationing with their families at the hotels determined by the union, and they will continue to do so. The world is worried right now. We understand this very well. However, we are always the ones who are damaged in the slightest turmoil. Why? We constantly have worries in our heads. What will happen tomorrow? Will we be fired? Can we retire from here? Our family peace is one day, one day is not. Being valuable when producing and being worthless when not producing is devastating to us.” they said.
