CBOE launches Bitcoin futures: Dec 10

Futures exchange CBOE announced that it will launch Bitcoin futures on December 10.

According to the statement made by the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), Bitcoin will be listed on Sunday, December 10 at 5 pm and will be the first full working day. It will be Monday, December 11th. Also, there will be no commissions from Bitcoin transactions until the end of December.

CBOE’s listing of Bitcoin, which was launched just one week before Bitcoin was listed in CME Group futures scheduled to start on December 18, is quite exciting and institutional investors are looking forward to Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency industry.
