Denying Maduro’s Partnership Claims From The Russian Government

The Russian government denied the news that Venezuela would help ensure petro circulation.

According to Tass news, Artyom Kozhi, Press and Publication Director of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told Time Magazine that Russian officials and businessmen with petro.
