It’s quite wrong to describe Bitcoin as a bubble, here’s why
Many prominent figures in the traditional financial industry, including Jamie Morgan, CEO of JPMorgan, criticized Bitcoin, calling it a bubble.. However, due to its decentralized, mathematical, and transparent nature, it is extremely wrong to describe Bitcoin as a bubble.
Tesla, Amazon, Bitcoin “bubbles”
Bitcoin is an honest and transparent nature of bank managers. not a bubble contrary to its false claims. When the demand for Bitcoin increased in 2013, a bubble occurred in Bitcoin and the price of Bitcoin fell from $ 1300 to $ 200, but it is not correct to describe Amazon or Tesla as a balloon, and it is not correct to describe Bitcoin itself as a balloon.
Analysts described Tesla’s multiplying value as a “bubble” by April this year, just as they did during Amazon’s 20-year existence.
Six months ago, Business Insider’ Matthew DeBord, one of the editors of
“A Tesla bubble is clearly visible at this point.. The difference in price is so huge it has become terrible.”
Another “expert”, Greenligh Capital’s David Einhorn, stated that Tesla is a bubble that won’t burst anytime soon, adding, “We hope this bubble will burst in time.” He continued.
As the examples above show, analysts and experts often claim that when they see a rapidly increasing growth rate, it is a bubble.
Tesla’s shares from 2013 to 2017 price rose from approximately $20 to $302 with many minor and major corrections, i.e. up 1500%. Apple shares also experienced a similar rise to Tesla.
As Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak said, Bitcoin is more legitimate and transparent than most systems in existence today.
Wozniak He said the following at the Money2020 conference, where he spoke weeks ago:
“There is a limit to the amount of Bitcoins that can exist. Gold is mined, dug and mined… Maybe there is a limited amount of gold in the world, but Bitcoin is more mathematical and ordered.. No one can change the math. As is known, fiat money can be printed as influential bankers wish.. In Bitcoin, such things are not possible.”
