Doğan Holding to buy Sesa Packaging for 57.8 million euros

Doğan Holding, which mainly serves in the field of media and energy, this time rolled up its sleeves for the packaging industry. Doğan Holding pressed the button this time to buy Sesa Ambalaj and Plastik Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, as part of its investment in rapidly growing sectors. In the statement made by the Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that it has decided to purchase 70 percent of Sesa Ambalaj ve Plastik Sanayi Ticaret AŞ.

In the statement, it was stated that the purchase amount was 57.8 million euros. Stating that it is possible to invest in other companies in the same sector after Sesa, Doğan Holding will partially finance the purchase with bank loan and partially equity. The final purchase price will be determined after the transaction is closed.
