Blockchain Ambassador, TV Host And Model: Interview with Anneliya Garifulina

Conversation with beautiful model, TV presenter and internet phenomenon Anneliya Garifulina, who has been a part of the crypto industry from almost the very beginning, on Blockchain and the crypto industry.

Anneliya spoke at a meeting two years ago. He moved from Taipei to Moscow after working for Taiwan TV channel and gaining a large fan base. Thanks to his friends working in the IT sector, he has known the world of crypto money since 2011. As the Blockchain brand ambassador at Botanica, she works on a platform focused on gender inequality in the industry. Today, when we look at the mass related to bitcoin and crypto money market, it is like “men’s club”.. Recognizing this, the project aims to enable women to meaningfully integrate themselves into society.

In an interview with cointelegraph today, Anneliya Garifuline talked about blockchain and its relevance to modelling.

Cointelegraph:

What was your first reaction after becoming a blockchain ambassador?

Anneliya Garifulina: When they asked me at Botanico to be their Blockchain ambassador, that’s when I thought it was cool.

Question: What did you do in Taiwan? We know you worked there for a long time.

AG: When I first visited Taiwan, I fell in love with the country and the culture. At one point I decided to move and stayed there for five years. I started learning Chinese and started speaking after two months of training.

Question: Does a model working in Taipei need to learn Chinese?

AG: Not actually required. But I was a guest on a Taiwanese talk show for students, so I had to speak up to draw attention to my personality. It worked because I became very popular on Facebook.

Question: Anneliya, your experience seems unusual, but how did you get interested in Blockchain?

AG: Personally, I can google everything because I’m pretty curious. Technology has never scared me and I’ve had no troubles. Let’s say I got to know Bitcoin in 2011 and am trying to improve myself.

Question: Who introduced you to the crypto industry?

AG: I have a lot of friends working in the IT industry and I’m sure I first heard the term Blockchain at a time when it wasn’t as common as it is now.

Question : What is your personal understanding of blockchain?

AG: I know that it helps with transactions and works as a series of blocks containing data. Globally, I think it’s current technology, not a future technology. I think it’s really great. From what I’ve seen in the media, it will impact the world very soon.

Question: Have you heard the latest news about China banning ICOs?

AG: Yes, there is another interesting thing. China is basically trying to ban money and power. The government is frightened by such a massive expansion, and I think the black market may ultimately increase welfare.

Question: What is your personal view of the impact of the ban, since you know the country and its customs?

AG: In my experience, the Chinese will find a way out, even if it’s forbidden. As far as I know, a quarter of all funds provided by ICOs belong to China. They seem to believe in the industry the most and the ban may not stop them.

Question: Botanico helps models introduce themselves to the Blockchain industry. How do you think blockchain ambassadors can help the industry in return for themselves?

AG: This is a legit idea. Blockchain needs pretty faces and models are happy to help. Blockchain needs to be popularized. Many people think it’s a market trend and it will die by the end of next year. We models are here to bring blockchain biases to market. This move is beneficial for both models and the market.
