Bitmain generated $2.3 billion in sales in 2017

Bitmain is one of the largest manufacturers of cryptocurrency mining hardware, reaching millions in sales each year. Last year, the company reached a record revenue level. According to reports, the company generated $2.3 billion in revenue from last year’s sales.

Giant competitor to Bitmain

On the other hand, it is not certain whether Bitmain will continue to build on it year after year. Samsung, one of the largest technology companies in the world, recently announced that it has started to produce equipment to be used for cryptocurrency mining. It is thought that a giant company like Samsung can destroy Bitmain’s monopoly in the field.
