Like Nidakule and Swissôtel hotel Tahincioğlu Holding, which has undersigned symbolic projects, transferred Palladium AVM, which is under its roof, to Akbank due to its debt. Known as the life sphere of Istanbul, the mall had 190 shops and restaurants, as well as a movie theater and indoor parking lot.
While Akbank is the new owner of Palladium AVM, the price of the transfer transaction has not been learned yet. It was known that Tahincioğlu Holding, which has signed the most magnificent projects in Istanbul, was in financial trouble after the pandemic.
On the other hand, Akbank was hit by the lottery for the second time in a short time. Akbank, which bought the former president of Galatasaray, Ünal Aysal’s hotel on the Bosphorus named Les Ottomans, now has a voice in Palladium AVM, a part of Tahincioğlu Holding.
