What’s What in Bitcoin Silver?
Support for SegWit2x by exchanges continues to decrease day by day. So again, a new hard fork called Bitcoin Silver is on the agenda…
Just one day after Bitcoin Gold left the Bitcoin blockchain, Bitcoin Silver developers Bitcointalk made a statement on the forums. According to the statement, the goal of the developers is to “make Bitcoin a decentralized coin again”:
The main purpose of Bitcoin Silver is to enable anyone to mine anywhere in the world.. The hardware required for this mining operation will already be available from trusted and well-known companies that sell everywhere.”
Although no technical details are given for now, Bitcoin Silver has the same Bitcoin Cash Talking about distributing like . Anyone with a private wallet code will be able to get Bitcoin Silver. No block number has been determined for the hardfork, which is expected to be held in December.
Bitcoin lost 8% of its value after Bitcoin Gold entered the market.. This loss of value appears to be due to the attitude of users and businesses to uncertainty in SegWit2x in general.
Companies and people with a strong position in the industry are making statements about SegWit2x every other day.. The problem is that almost all of these statements have differing opinions…
Last Wednesday, Hong Kong trading platform ANXPRO announced in an email to customers that “We will not support the Bitcoin SegWit2x hardfork.”. The platform also stressed that they will not support blockchains with security and stability vulnerabilities.

At the same time, popular platform Coinbase had a completely opposite view to its recent positive statements about SegWit2x.. Borsa’s CEO, Brian Armstrong, apologized for this “transparency” issue.
